  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles) Cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly) Use thinly sliced beef for best texture
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced) Vibrant for presentation
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Add color and nutrition
  • 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish) For finishing touch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 30 seconds.
  • Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
  • Add the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are coated in the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

You can add more vegetables like carrots or snap peas for extra crunch. For a spicier kick, add chili flakes or sliced jalapeƱos. If leftovers remain, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
