Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken and Sauce:
  • 2 large chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional for extra umami
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Noodles:
  • 8 oz 225 g noodles of your choice (egg noodles, udon, or rice noodles)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Optional Vegetables & Garnish:
  • 1 cup bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Noodles:
  • Boil noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, tossing lightly with a little vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare the Sauce:
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and black pepper. Set aside.
  • Cook the Chicken:
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes.
  • 4Add Vegetables (Optional):
  • If using vegetables, add them to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
  • Combine Chicken and Sauce:
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken (and vegetables). Stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken evenly.
  • Add Noodles:
  • Toss cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing well to ensure every strand is coated with the sticky garlic sauce.
  • Garnish and Serve:
