Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt Greek or plant-based alternatives optional
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries Hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup granola Homemade or low-calorie preferred
  • 2 tbsp honey Optional – for extra sweetness
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds Optional – for extra fiber and nutrition

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into small pieces.
  • In a clear glass, start by adding 2 tablespoons of yogurt as the base layer.
  • Add a spoonful of sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers (yogurt, strawberries, granola) until the glass is full.
  • Drizzle honey or add chia seeds on top if using.
  • Serve immediately for crunch, or chill for 15 minutes for a blended flavor.

Notes

You can easily make this vegan by using plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey. Feel free to experiment with different fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or banana slices.
