Ingredients
  

Meat and Base

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Rich, filling, and flavorful
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup Creamy base

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Onion, chopped Adds flavor
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped Adds color
  • 1 cup Corn, frozen Sweetness and texture

Topping

  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots Crispy top layer
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded Add during last 5 minutes of baking

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add vegetables and cook for 3–5 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and seasonings. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Add cheese in the last 5 minutes and let it melt.
  • Rest for a few minutes, then serve.

Notes

Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. Swap cream of mushroom with cream of chicken. Add jalapeños for heat, or mix in cooked bacon for smoky flavor. Use different cheeses for flavor variety.
