Prepare the Cold Brew: Brew cold brew coffee and chill it in the fridge. Use stronger coffee for richer flavor.
Sweeten the Coffee: Stir sugar into the slightly chilled coffee until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Mix the Creamy Layer: Whisk mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
Layer the Drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour half of the sweetened cold brew over the ice. Spoon a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat for larger glasses or jars.
