  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree Can use fresh or canned
  • 2 large Eggs For custard base
  • 1/4 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • Pinch Salt
  • As needed Butter or oil For cooking

Instructions
