Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee or strong brewed coffee chilled
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk full-fat for creaminess
  • 2 tbsp Honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes
  • — — Whipped Cream optional for topping
  • — — Toasted Coconut Flakes or Chocolate Shavings optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Coffee: Brew your coffee in advance or use cold brew. Let it chill completely in the fridge.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the chilled coffee, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  • Add Ice: Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour the blended coffee over the ice.
  • Top & Garnish: Add whipped cream if desired, and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes or chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
